I do not encourage cursing of any sort in any way, shape or form!...eh hem, but you have countless hours of fun browsing with this and its just funny...

Ok this is fairly late in terms of when it was released etc, but i completely forgot to mention that i saw this and it was wicked. Its part of a trilogy of Korean films by Park Chan-Wook. His latest brutally evocative piece is Lady vengeance, which like his other movies Old Boy and Sympathy for Mr Vengeance is about er...revenge.lol. But its funny, fucking twisted and violent, so i'm sure you'd appreciate it.

Mumbai Cells on Radio One
Hear the final radio edit of Mumbai Cells swimming against the tide of all the usual "Desi/Urban/British Asian" tings. Tonight on Bobby Friction & Nihal presents on BBC Radio One from 9pm.
Podcasts
Shiva Soundsystem podcasts are finally launched! After ages pouring over how the hell to make this idea bear fruit, it's here.
I think the podcast mini-site is pretty self explanatory - Six podcasts, six themes over 12 weeks.
The whole point of the podcasts is to show an alternative side to music, both Asian and British. We'd like to show that the music we love (and make) crosses genres, countries and race and in the end, is just bloody good music.
It's also nice to be able to programme what you want and to produce an entire show from scratch.
This should be fun and I can't wait to see how this experiment unfolds over the coming weeks.
Between this and the forthcoming release of Mumbai Cells there's loads of audio wickedness to look forward to. Innit.

Alura's Bollywood Kebabish
In case you're wondering where I work, here's a look at my office.
Or rather, how I decorated it yesterday while my bosses are in Bombay so Ranjit could record some narration for the autorickshaw documentary. ;) There actually is an SSB poster behind his head, but you can't see it in that shot. So, do I leave it and horrify the bosses, or find another use for all that lovely art?

One of my favorite bands Temple played last night at the Metro Club - and fucking killed it. They are getting better and better each time I see them. Check them out at their myspace. At the rate they're going - they are going to smash Supersonic Buddha next month.
In the mean time tomorrow's Supersonic Buddha promises to be a big un with Juttla's album launch.

I have a soft spot for hot cyborgs, clones and assassins, but they seem to all be merging into each other! Although Æon Flux does look miles ahead, visually stunning in every sense...
Quote from Lieutenant Tim from the Bollywood Cyborg Program – “…i got you a cinnamon scented sari wearing part time underwear modeling Indian princess... sadly she won't be finished for another 246 years but with today’s ever accelerating technology a tin of beans is a potential building block of a whole harem of beauties...."

After my appearance pretending I was a presenter of some sort on Desi DNA last week here's a page of lovely video of esteemed Shiva Soundsystem logo designer Seb Ahmad presenting on the BBC

How have we missed Bombay TV?!? I found it on Sir Sank's site. You may now waste the rest of your afternoon making childish movies like this.
